Job summary

This position offers a dynamic schedule with three 12-hour shifts, no on-call duties, and opportunities for professional growth through the nursing career ladder. You will advance competencies while supporting patients and families throughout their care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to float across units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care across multiple units.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Uses independent clinical judgment to plan and coordinate care.
• Supports patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
• Promotes quality outcomes and patient safety.
• Acts as a leader and advocate for patients and families.
