Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
• All RN without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in a BSN program within two years and complete within seven years.
• Current NC RN license or compact license to practice in NC; BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across Medical–Surgical units as part of the Float Pool team.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in rounds to support patient care.
• Educate patients and families according to the nursing plan of care.
