Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements).
• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• BLS – Required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a float pool setting.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Follow nursing practice guidelines and Mercy Service Standards.
