Talentburst, Inc. is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Grafton, WI. This night shift position (12-hour shifts, 7P-7A) covers MedSurg and tele-bed units across the hospital with float responsibilities. The role requires 36 hours per week and onsite work.

Applicants must hold a Wisconsin RN license, have 2+ years in MedSurg/Tele, and be BLS/ACLS certified. Weekend rotations apply; housing and travel are not provided.

Qualificações

• RN with 2+ years in MedSurg/Telemetry
• Wisconsin RN license (or compact) and BLS/ACLS
• Experience float pool or cross-training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care on MedSurg/Telemetry units as assigned.
• Respond to patient needs during night shifts and hand off-to-day.staff
• Follow hospital policies and patient safety protocols.
