Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an experienced RN to provide bedside care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology and more.

Full-time or part-time opportunities offer 12-hour, 7 AM–7 PM/7 PM–7 AM shifts and 8-hour evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM). Eligible RNs may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 with competitive tiered differentials and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care across multiple units for a float pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality and Mercy Service Standards.
