Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Site Float Pool at Clermont Hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while floating to various departments to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, using evidence-based practices, and ensuring patient safety. The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license in Ohio, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required based on assignment.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS/PALS as per specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments within the organization to provide patient care.
• Schedule day-of staffing and manage multiple assignments within a shift.
• Collaborate with clinical manager and health care team to ensure quality care.
• Plan, coordinate and document patient care using best available evidence.
• Demonstrate patient safety advocacy and participation in continuous quality improvement.
