Thomas Jefferson University is seeking an experienced RN for Tier 1 Med/Surg Tele in the Night shift. The role requires float to all units within the Northern region, delivering patient- and family-centered care and coordinating care across disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, possess strong clinical judgement, and demonstrate excellence in communication, teaching patients and families, and ensuring accurate health information documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and active RN license.
• 4 years of RN experience in acute care (MED SURG TEL).
• Must be able to float to all units in the Northern region.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff; provide education as needed.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in health records.
