Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse for Med Surg Tele Float Pool Nights in the Northern Region. This role involves delivering patient- and family-centered care, applying the nursing process, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across Jefferson Health facilities in the Central & Eastern regions.

The ideal candidate holds ASN with 4+ years of Med Surg experience and is currently working in a Med Surg unit; BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 4 years of Med Surg RN experience.
• Current RN with Med Surg unit experience.

Responsibilities

• Float to Intensive Care Units across the Central & Eastern Region as needed.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with inter-professional teams to plan and coordinate care.
