Job summary

Preferred BSN or higher with experience across medical-surgical, ICU, ED, and outpatient settings.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license in good standing in the United States
- Graduation from an approved nursing program (ACEN/CCNE or equivalent)
- State licensure completed or in process for nursing practice
- Foreign-trained nurses: degree equivalency validation may be required
- BSN preferred for advanced roles
- Experience across clinical settings is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients
- Supervise licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants as appropriate
- Coordinate nursing education, orientation and competency programs
- Contribute to quality improvement and outcomes utilization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Lead and participate in shared governance and evidence-based practice initiatives
