Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina (or compact).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or higher).
• At least 12 months of Labor/Delivery/Mother Baby clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per care plans and policy.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other care providers.
• Monitor environment and equipment; ensure safety and care quality.
