UVA Health in Charlottesville is seeking a Women's Services Float Pool RN to provide expert nursing care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units, supporting staffing needs while maintaining exceptional clinical and patient experience.

You bring NICU and Labor & Delivery experience and relish clinical diversity and seamless collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to advance family-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required or to be completed within 5 years of hire.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia; AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother Baby units.
• Utilize NICU and Labor & Delivery experience to support a range of patient acuity and clinical scenarios.
• Adapt quickly to unit workflows while maintaining continuity, safety, and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, lactation consultants, respiratory therapists and support staff.
