• Implements procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
• Maintains up-to-date nursing documentation for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient admission assessment and develops plan of care.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Monitors safety and updates care plans as needed.
• Communicates with team to resolve issues and provide feedback.
• Precepts staff and coordinates multidiscipline care.
