• Completes initial patient admission assessment and develops plan of care.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Modifies plan of care to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Communicates with others to resolve issues and provides feedback for professional development.
• Coordinates care with multidiscipline team to provide high-quality patient care.
