Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per unit standards and scope of service.
• Document nursing care accurately for patient records.
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and adjust care plans and nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Mentor/Precept staff from other units as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and ancillary staff.
