Job summary

Mercy Float Pool in Missouri offers flexible scheduling with Day, Midshifts and Nights. Shifts range from 16 hours per week to full-time, with options tailored to your goals. You may float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics and more across Mercy facilities.

We provide tuition reimbursement up to $2,000/year, health/dental/vision coverage from Day One, and career advancement opportunities. ASN to BSN assistance and 401(k) matching are also offered to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and Mercy guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with other hospital departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of information.
• Float to multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU and more.
