Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are needed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Document patient care given and communicate condition appropriately.
• Establish a care plan involving the patient based on their capabilities and desires.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
