Responsabilidades

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring (detect acute changes and escalate as needed).
• Administer and monitor therapies and medications with patient rights in mind; prevent falls and skin breakdown.
• Manage rapidly changing situations; identify, assess and anticipate patient needs.
• Organize and coordinate to meet multiple patient needs in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a healing environment; advocate for patients and support their dignity.
• Assess and explain the patient’s condition and learning needs to patients and families.
