Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• For float pool: Basic arrhythmia within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient status across float pool assignments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
