Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time or part-time opportunities at 10010 Kennerly Road, St. Louis. You’ll float across multiple units, with 12-hour shifts or 8-hour evenings, earning tiered differentials and a potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Current RN license in MO, 1–2 years bedside RN experience required, BSN preferred. The role offers a dynamic environment, continuous learning, and growth opportunities within Mercy’s collaborative care teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current RN license in the state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements including lifting and prolonged standing

Responsibilities

• Float across multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care across shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient needs
