Job summary

St Vincent Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Resource Pool (Float Pool) team. You will float across inpatient units, delivering safe, evidence-based care and ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Minimal 1 year RN experience and a current RN license are required. A BSN is required by 4/27/2025. This role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules and a 10% float differential to recognize your versatility and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• Willingness and ability to float across multiple units at St. Vincent Hospital.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BSN is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025.
