Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Float RNs required to have 2 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
• Completes and signs “Request for Contingent Status: Conditions for Employment” specific to their contingent option.
