Job summary

Williamson Health is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate and plan nursing care across multiple units. The role requires a Tennessee nursing license, a diploma or degree in nursing, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong assessment and documentation skills. Experience across adult and pediatric care settings is valued, with opportunities in critical care, emergency, oncology, and medical-surgical units.

Qualifications

Nursing degree/diploma from an approved college or university.
Licensed in Tennessee at time of hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments within admission timeframes using observation, communication and examination.
Plan and implement individualized nursing care with specific interventions and outcomes.
Coordinate patient teaching, discharge planning, and post-discharge needs.
Safely administer medications and solutions per hospital policy and procedures.
Document accurately and timely in the patient record.
Reassess patient status and adjust care plan as needed.
Share responsibility with charge nurses for staff assignments and workload.
