Job summary

Williamson Health seeks qualified nursing professionals to coordinate, implement and plan patient care in a timely and accurate manner across multiple units, including pediatric and adult care. Successful candidates will hold a TN license, a nursing degree, and current BLS certification.

For critical care, telemetry, oncology, and emergency roles, additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NVCI, and ENPC/TNCC may be required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months for critical care and certain units.
• PALS within 6 months for Pediatric ER and related units.
• NVCI certification within 6 months for various units.
• TNCC/ENPC/ CCRN/CCP certifications may be required on specific units.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments at admission.
• Plan individualized care with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Plan for patient teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs.
• Administer and monitor medications per policy and competency.
• Document accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Reassess patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate staff and assign responsibilities based on patient needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, professional environment.
