Job summary

Parkridge Medical Center in Tennessee is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across units. You will support the care team, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure safe, evidence-based practices in a busy hospital setting.

As an RN, you will participate in a multidisciplinary care planning approach, educate patients and families, and contribute to performance improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care as part of the float pool.
• Administer medications, monitor patients, and document care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families as part of the care plan.
