Parkridge Medical Center is seeking an RN Float Pool to join our nursing team in Chattanooga. The role focuses on direct patient care across units, providing a safe, therapeutic environment and supporting day-to-day operations with professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate the patient’s care needs and will carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
