Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
• RNs without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in a BSN program within two years and complete it within seven years of start date.
• Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or compact RN licensure to practice in North Carolina is required.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across Medical Surgical units as part of the Nursing Float Pool.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and participate in rounds to ensure excellent patient experiences.
