Glens Falls Hospital is seeking Float Pool Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care across multiple departments. You will float between units such as Med/Surg, Behavioral Health Unit, ED, and ICU based on experience and competency, while contributing to efficient admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
• BSN preferred; requirement to complete BSN within 5 years of hire. New hires with 20+ years experience may pursue certification instead.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple departments.
• Float between units (Med/Surg, BHU, ED, ICU) based on needs and competency.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
