Qualifications

• Active RN License (NC) and BLS are required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in similar settings preferred.
• ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Float across units based on patient care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders.
• Respond to complex patient conditions and prioritize care effectively.
