Job summary
AdventHealth Shawnee Mission seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Full-Time Float Pool in the Day shift. You will deliver coordinated nursing care across units, following the nursing process and organizational policies.
Expect collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, a $5.00/hour float pool differential, and opportunities for Clinical Ladder advancement based on performance
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in applicable state.
Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings.
- Develops and evaluates individualized nursing care plans with the care team.
- Administers medications and therapies per physician orders.
- Monitors patient responses and communicates changes to the care team.
- Provides leadership and supervision to nursing staff as assigned.
