Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) in Nampa, Idaho. The role involves 12 hour night shifts 7:00 pm–7:30 am, with opportunities to float to related units as needed. Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho, with current license active.
• BLS certification and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to provide hands-on patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care for diverse patient populations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge needs.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Develop and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, quality care.
