Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) at our Level II Trauma Center. Night shift 7:00 pm–7:30 am with self-scheduling.

Eligible for sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and housing stipend, plus competitive wages, on-call pay, and shift differentials. The RN will provide hands-on patient care, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• American Heart Association BLS for HealthCare Providers certification at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care on the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) across general medical/surgical, ortho, neuro, postpartum, and telemetry.
• Educate patients, administer medications, develop and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communicate updated status and plan of care to care teammates.
