Job summary

Mercy is seeking nurses to join its Float Pool in Missouri. You’ll gain broad clinical exposure across units, with opportunities on Days, Midshifts, and Nights in a flexible schedule from 16 hours per week to full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months in past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current MO RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within nursing scope and guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights.
• Support flexible scheduling and float among units as assigned.
