Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months in past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU as needed.
• Provide patient care in coordination with hospital teams.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality; follow Mercy standards.
