Qualifications

• BLS required within one month of hire and PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Preferred CNA certification when available.

Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision in individualized patient care to support wellness.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks essential to patient care.
• Work as part of the Mercy South Float Pool team across units such as Orthopedics, Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more.
