Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool in St. Louis, MO seeks a Patient Care Associate to assist in individualized patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN. This part-time night position offers 24 hours per week, 7pm–7am, and exposure to diverse units.

You will perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks, participate in a teamwork-driven environment, complete a 175-hour training if no prior experience, obtain BLS within one month, and pursue CNA certification as preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare career program.
• BLS within one month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months.
• Preferred CNA certification.
