Job summary

Mercy Regional Float Pool seeks an experienced RN for a part-time night role (24 hours per week) across St. Louis area facilities. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients within a dynamic float pool.

Requirements include two years bedside RN experience, BLS and NRP, and a nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred. Mercy offers strong benefits, sign-on, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN education.
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Provide care across multiple hospitals within Mercy's Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient populations.
