Wesley Medical Center is seeking a Float Pool Manager to lead nursing operations in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating patient care across units while aligning with hospital goals.

The Nursing Manager will supervise staff, manage resources, and contribute to fiscal and risk management objectives within the Wesley/Wesley Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and three years supervisory experience.
• Current Kansas RN license or multi-state RN license.
• Current BLS verification through AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating nursing care.
• Oversee fiscal, human resources, risk management and operational functions.
• Support strategic planning and program development; ensure 24-hour accountability.
