Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool to provide bedside care across units under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The RN will support patient care, adhere to policies, and collaborate with the care team.

Requirements include ADN or BSN from an accredited program, active RN license in state (or compact), BLS, ACLS within 2 months, and a minimum of 2 years acute care experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN.
• Current RN license in state of practice or an active compact license.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS required within 2 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director.
• Care for acutely ill patients across units per Float Pool agreement.
