Job summary

Family First Health is seeking a Float Pool Medical Assistant to join our team at the George Street Medical location in York, PA. This full-time role requires the MA to travel between sites, provide direct patient care under supervision, and support diverse clinical tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant program and CPR certification, with English proficiency and a focus on accurate documentation and patient communication. Travel and灵 multi-site coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program with at least one year of prior Medical Assistant experience.
• Current CPR certification and Narcan training upon hire.
• English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision in ambulatory care settings.
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic health record.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures and injections.
• Administer medications and vaccinations per standing orders and provider orders.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and coordination of care with other team members.
