Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Regional Float LPN to support our North Carolina centers across Meridian, Abbotts Creek, and Siler City. The role involves eight-week rotations, delivering high-quality nursing care and participating in care planning.

Eligible candidates should be a graduate of an approved LPN program, licensed by the State Board, with BLS/CPR current. Prior rehab/geriatric experience is preferred. This full-time position offers diverse, community-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care by unlicensed staff.
