Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking Regional Float LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotations at our North Carolina centers. You will deliver nursing care across multiple facilities and support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

• As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Float Pool LPNs will work full-time, 8 week rotations at the following North Carolina centers:

• Meridian Center (High Point, NC)
• Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC)
• Siler City Center (Siler City, NC)
