Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a CNA to join its Regional Float Pool. You will float to up to seven Aurora hospitals, assisting with daily patient care, delivering treatments, and supporting RNs across sites.

The role offers part-time (24 hrs/week) or full-time (36 hrs/week) schedules with 3 night shifts per week (1900–0700) and weekend/holiday rotation. Mileage is not reimbursed; a $6/hour float differential helps offset travel costs.

Qualifications

• Active WI CNA in good standing.
• 1+ year acute/hospital experience (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and other patient data in EMR.
• Performs rounds and communicates observations to RN.
• Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.

Skills
