Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our internal float pool. Work exclusively within Rocky Mountain Care communities with agency-free assignments and choose shifts that fit your schedule.

We offer $19-$21/hour with night and weekend differentials, full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities across 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, plus a referral bonus program and full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Food Handler Permit current when applicable.
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes to nursing staff.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
