Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking qualified CAREGIVERS to join our Float Pool Staff in the Twin Cities area. This role requires travel to multiple communities across North and South Metro locations, with 1–3 month stints at each site and a PM shift (2pm-10pm).

You must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working across 18 Suite Living communities. We offer comprehensive benefits, including BCBS medical, PTO, paid holidays, company-paid life and LTD, and a 401(k) with up to 3%

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver in a Senior Living or similar environment (CNA/NAR/RA/HHA)
• CNA preferred, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and availability to travel to ALL locations within North Metro or South Metro group of Suite Living Senior Care locations - ABSOLUTE MUST

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares as identified in the care plan (dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, etc.).
• Assist with use of commode, urinal, toilet, and adult incontinence products.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using transfer belts and proper body mechanics.
• Medication reminders or administration as delegated by RN.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to RN/LPN.
