Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care seeks reliable CAREGIVERS to join our Float Pool, covering multiple Twin Cities communities. You must have CNA or at least one year of caregiving experience, and be willing to travel to all North/South Metro locations.

As a Float Staff, you’ll rotate among 18 facilities, providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and companionship. Weekend shifts (12 hours) and full-time hours are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a senior living or similar setting.
• CNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares per care plan.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Support with incontinence care and bathroom assistance.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Follow RN/LPN instructions and document care accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly.
