Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking CAREGIVERS to join our Float Pool Staff in the Twin Cities area. This role requires 1+ year of caregiving and CNA is a plus; travel to multiple Suite Living communities is a must. You will provide personal care and support across locations, with a schedule emphasizing weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, mobility, medications reminders, and vital signs under RN delegation. Reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a senior living or similar environment (CNA/NAR/RA/HHA).
• CNA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares (dressing, grooming, bathing, nail and foot care as instructed).
• Assist with toileting needs and incontinence products.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of transfer belts or devices.
• Assist with hearing aids and glasses; remind/administer medications as delegated by RN.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN; document services per policy.
• Provide dignity, independence, and social interaction with residents; rotate between locations as needed.
