Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking qualified CAREGIVERS to join our Float Pool Staff. This role travels to 18 communities in the Twin Cities area, rotating locations monthly and providing personal care and delegated nursing services under RN supervision.

Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to all locations within North/South Metro groups. Great opportunity to gain exposure across multiple communities in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver in a Senior Living or similar environment (CNA/NAR/RA/HHA).
• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and availability to travel to ALL locations within North Metro or South Metro group of Suite Living Senior Care locations - this is an ABSOLUTE MUST.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares as identified in the assignment sheet/client care plan.
• Assist residents with use of commode, urinal, and toilet; assist with incontinence products as assigned.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using transfer belts and proper body mechanics.
• Assist in use of hearing aids and glasses for residents.
• Medication reminders, assistance or administration as delegated by RN.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to RN.
