Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare seeks a Fixed Wing Pilot to safely operate aircraft across multiple bases. You will perform preflight planning, ensure compliance with FARs and company policies, and coordinate with medical teams for patient transports.

Expect a 7-on/7-off schedule, travel across bases, and opportunities for career development. The role includes a base salary of $100,000–$173,000 depending on experience plus stipends and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating and ATP-CTP eligibility.
• 2,500 hours in airplanes or CAMTS equivalency.
• 1,000 hours multi-engine; 200 hours night; 300 hours instrument; 100 hours turbine; 500 PIC hours multi-engine.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate aircraft in accordance with FARs, manufacturer guidance, and Intermountain policies.
• Perform thorough preflight planning and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Communicate clearly with crew, medical staff, and ground teams; ensure safe transport decisions.
