Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot (Float PIC) to safely operate aircraft across regional bases, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and Intermountain policies. The role includes acting as Instructor/Check Pilot and mentoring Second-in-Command pilots within the Pilot Development Program.

Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $173,000 plus a bi-weekly float stipend, travel and meal reimbursements, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Commercial pilot certificate with appropriate category and class ratings and instrument rating

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-wing aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidance.
• Lead/mentor pilots and support staff as part of development programs.
• Participate in safety reviews and continuous improvement of flight operations.
