Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot to perform safe, compliant aircraft operations using established procedures and federal regulations. The role includes preflight planning, crew coordination, and accurate flight documentation.

The position also involves mentorship under the Pilot Development program, supervising satellite base activities, and contributing to safety initiatives and training activities within the team.

Qualifications

• Commercial certificate with appropriate category and class ratings and instrument airplane; eligible for ATP CTP within 1 year.
• 2500 Hours in Airplanes expected for Single Engine path.
• ATP rating for Multi-Engine Land Aircraft required for Multi-Engine path.
• 3000 Hours in Airplanes for multi-engine, plus 1000 hours multi-engine.
• 200 flight hours at night; 300 hours instrument (100 actual).
• 500 PIC flight hours in multi-engine and turbine airplanes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft in accordance with federal regulations and manufacturer guidance.
• Lead pilot duties including base operations supervision and corrective action when needed.
• Instruct or check pilot performance and support training programs.
• Mentor Second-in-Command pilots under the company program.
• Monitor safety issues and participate in safety committee activities.
